Professional Appraisal Software includes a context sensitive Help system. We urge you to refer to this as your first resource. If you phone for support and are passed on to our voice mail, it is because we are busy with another client or occasionally out of the office exhibiting at a trade show. Leave a reasonably detailed message about your problem and be sure to leave your phone number twice. We strive to get back to you within 4 hours but failing that within 24 hours.
Our goal is to return email inquiries within 24 hours. We check our incoming email throughout the day.
You must be a current PAS user and have an active technical support contract to download files from the Updates page. Should you experience problems, please email or call.

Reinstalling/Backing up QL PAS
Quantum Leap PAS is a customized vertical market software product. We urge users to make sure that PAS makes a “back-up” file when the program closes.
Backing up to an external media (usb, external hard drive) requires “stopping” Sql and several other steps. Here is a guide for your tech person: Backing Up MIRRORING will not work! Please call QL PAS Tech team for support!!!
UNINSTALLING AND RE-INSTALLING must also be done with QL PAS Technical Support Team.
