Pricing

All billing will be quarterly (billed on the 1st of the month) and automatically debited from a credit card or bank account. The paid quarter is the three months following the billing date.

Subscribers may terminate their use contract with written notification (e.g. email) prior to any billing period.

All packages are based upon configuration of single document set (see notes below regarding standard configuration).

1 to 2 User Package

  • New Subscriber – $1,000 Initial subscription, configuration, tutorial & support (Current QL User* – $500)
  • Subscription / support fee — $240 / quarter

Note: Unlimited appraisals up to 10 GB of data. Upgrade to 25 GB total subscription / support fee – $340 / quarter

3 to 5 User Package

  • New Subscriber – $1,250 Initial subscription, configuration, tutorial & support (Current QL User* – $750)
  • Subscription / support fee — $450 / quarter

Note: Unlimited appraisals up to 20 GB of data. Upgrade to 100 GB total subscription / support fee – $750 / quarter

5 to 15 User Package

  • New Subscriber – $1,500 Initial subscription, configuration, tutorial & support (Current QL User* – $1,000)
  • Subscription / support fee — $850 / quarter

Note: Unlimited appraisals up to 100 GB of data. Upgrade to 200 GB total subscription / support fee – $1,250 / quarter

Enterprise level solutions

Notes:

Quarterly ongoing subscription / support billing will commence 3 months after the initial subscription.

Package eligibility will be determined based upon applicant's business description.

Data storage that exceeds any listed limit will be subject to an additional fee.

Should a subscriber terminate their contract with QLSS, Inc. their data will be maintained (but not accessible) for a period of one year following termination of the contract after which the database(s) will be deleted. The subscriber can choose to download and retain their own database(s), however, successful reactivation at a later date is not guaranteed by QLSS, Inc.

Support fees include standard report template configuration for the default set of documents (insurance, estate, liquidation, etc...).

Standard configuration consists of:

  • Placement of business logo
  • Document footer formatting
  • Signature formatting and placement
  • CV / Biographical information formatting
  • Set document font & font size
  • Limited composition changes
  • Limited component modifications
  • Limited pick list modifications
  • Macro configuration
  • Configuration coaching

Customization beyond the configuation support listed above is subject to an additional fee. Your QL2 subscription includes one free hour for customization projects beyond which the cost is $150/hour. If you have extensive customization in mind we would be happy to provide a quote.

* Current QL Users are up-to-date licensees of Quantum Leap's Professional Appraisal Software desktop application.
